This Privacy Policy also applies to certain activities of RWSG’s marketing and distribution partner, Riedell Shoes, Inc. (“Riedell”).

By using this website, you consent and agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into RWSG’s Terms of Use for the Sites.
RWSG does not sell your personal information with other companies. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service. Not only are we committed to building the best ice and roller skates, we also want to make sure you clearly understand how we use information about you to provide you with the best possible shopping experience. We value the trust you place in our company and we want to ensure that you understand what information we gather about you, how we use it, and the safeguards we have in place to protect it.
Why we collect personal information
RWSG collects and uses your personal information primarily to process your orders to fulfill information requests, or to alert you to products or offerings that might be of interest to you. RWSG also uses personal information for data analysis or similar marketing purposes in an attempt to tailor RWSG communications to your needs. To the extent we use third parties to do so, (such as Riedell for any post-purchase customer support) such personal information will be disclosed in confidence, and with the express understanding that the use by any such third party is to advise and assist RWSG with analyses and marketing efforts.
How we use your information
In general, you can browse the Sites without providing any personal information. We do use cookies and certain software tools to optimize your access and use of the Sites, as well as to collect and analyze session information in order to analyze online traffic, and to better understand the needs of our North American customers and other visitors. Those practices may result in the collection of certain user information on an automated basis, such as your computer’s operating system, web browser, internet service provider, page views, and other user navigation, so that we can learn what features are the most popular, and make improvements to the Sites as necessary and on a regular basis.
RWSG will not sell any of the names, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers or other personal information in our databases.
RWSG collects and will use such personal information provided by you through any “Contact Us” or other inquiry made by you, by email, telephone, letter, product order, or other communication and direct contact. CCPA Rights Requests

You can also request that we delete your personal information. We may not delete all of your personal information if one of the following exceptions applies:

- Error Correction: to debug or repair any errors;
- Legal: to protect against fraud or illegal activity or to comply with applicable law or a legal obligation, or exercise rights under the law, such as the right to free speech; or

Please note that if we delete your personal information, many of our services will not work the same. For example, if you have a created User Account and you request to have your information deleted, you will no longer have access to past and saved orders or created wishlists.

In order to verify your identity, you will need provide us with some basic information about yourself so that we can verify that the information you provide matches what we have in our system. We will maintain a record of your request to know or request to delete.
Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA Rights and we will not deny you goods or services, charge you a different price, or provide you with a lesser quality of goods or services if you exercise any of your CCPA Rights.
How we Protect Personal Information
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. When you place orders or access your personal information, we offer the use of a secure server. All sensitive/credit information you supply is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into RWSG (or in certain cases, Riedell) databases to be only accessed as stated above. To make purchases, it is recommended that you use an SSL-enabled browser such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Internet Explorer, for a higher level of protection for your personal and credit card information while it is transmitted over the Internet.
Exceptions and Disclaimers
In addition to any other disclosure or use expressly identified or contemplated under this Privacy Policy, RWSG reserves the express rights, without notice to or consent by you, to use or disclose your personal information to protect our property rights; to enforce our Terms of Use; or to cooperate with any regulatory, law enforcement or other governmental inquiries.

Changes
With any electronic correspondence we send, you will always have the ability to unsubscribe from future emails, by sending an email to webmaster@redwingsportsgroup.com with the words “Opt Out” in the message’s subject line. If you feel you have received a traditional mailing by mistake or if you no longer want to receive printed and mailed information from us, scan and email the cover letter to webmaster@redwingsportsgroup.com and we will remove you from the database.
